1953 Sinop He was born in Sinop in 1953. He completed his primary and secondary education in Izmir. After completing his compulsory military service, he became a police officer in 1977. He served in Istanbul, Cankiri(Kursunlu District) and Nevsehir Province. In 1983, he entered the Police Academy and he graduated from Police Academy with a good degree in 1987. After that, he served as a police chief in Izmir, Elazig, Erzincan, Kayseri (Directorate of Security of Incesu District), Sanliurfa Provinces in Terror, Public Security, Crime Scene Investigation and Education Departments. He worked as the director of the Directorate of Izmir Moral Education Center and assistant manager in Izmir Rustu Unsal Police Vocational College. He also worked as a Police Chief in Strategy Development Department and as a Chief Police Inspector in Review Commission. After working 2 years as the director of Aydin Police Vocational Education Center he was appointed as the director of Police College by the ministerial approval. He has been the Director of Police College since 07/03/2011. He is married and he has a daughter and a son.
